JOINING US
You can choose to set up an account with us by completing the registration form on www.doingbusinessdoinggood.com or sign up on https://.doingbusinessdoinggood.mykajabi.com. When signing up to join the Doing Business Doing Good Community you need to provide your full name and a valid and current email address. After signing up, you will acquire a Membership. Our Membership’s prices and services, as well as other services available are outlined on our Sites, before and during Sign Up.
You must be eighteen (18) or older to use our Sites. Otherwise, you may only use our Services under the supervision of a parent or guardian. It is your responsibility to ensure the information in your account is updated regularly with any relevant changes. We may refuse at our absolute discretion any application to join us or receive our services for any reason whatsoever.
By signing up with us, you represent and warrant that your use of our Sites shall at all times be in compliance with these Terms and Conditions.
You should not register for more than 1 Account and you may not assign or otherwise transfer your Account to another person.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account credentials and may not disclose your credentials to any third party. You must immediately notify us if you know or have any reason to suspect that your credentials have been lost, stolen or otherwise compromised. You are responsible for all activities and interactions that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately if you know of, or suspect, that anyone has obtained unauthorized access to your account.
We grant you a licence to use our Sites and Training Programs subject to the following restrictions:

MEMBERSHIP FEES AND PAYMENTS
We may charge fees to you upon signing up ("Membership Fees"). We may charge such fees to facilitate our Sites and provide you with the materials to help you become a force for good and make a positive impact for a better - sustainable – world. We reserve the right to change the Membership Fees at any time, and we will provide you adequate notice of any fee changes before they become effective.
We may also offer and provide various courses, services and products through our site to help you become a force for good and make a positive impact for a better - more sustainable - world. At any time when these are being promoted, offered or delivered, fees will be communicated on the site where they are hosted.
Any and all payment processing services through or in connection with your use of the Sites are provided to you by [Paypal] and (Stripe). [Paypal] and Stripe allows and assists DBDG to deliver, hold, or receive payment for a Membership and our Courses, Services and Products. Paypal and Stripe shall have a direct contractual relationship with you based on your respective Account and shall provide their services directly to you.
You hereby agree to the use of Paypal and Stripe Services for the payment of your Membership Fees and Courses, Services or Products that you purchase and to their own Terms and Conditions. Membership Fees or Fees for Courses, Services or Products are non-refundable, but we shall retain our discretion in refunding you in cases where Membership Fees or Course Fees or Fees for other Services or Products were paid because of a mistake or because of our Site’s default.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Our Sites and any content and materials we make available on our Sites and through our courses, services or products are protected by copyright, trademark, and/or other Intellectual Property Rights owned by us in Switzerland and other countries. You acknowledge and agree that our Sites, content and materials are the exclusive property of DBDG™ and/or its licensors or authorizing third-parties.
You will not remove, alter or obscure any copyright, trademark, service mark or other proprietary rights notices incorporated in or accompanying our Site, content and materials.
You must not use any part of the Sites, its content or the materials we make available to you for commercial purposes without a licence from us. You may not reproduce in any format (including on another sites or mobile app) any aspect of our Sites, its content and the materials we make available (including content, our materials, images, designs, look and feel) without our prior written consent.
You will not use, copy, adapt, modify, prepare derivative works of, distribute, license, sell, transfer, publicly display, publicly perform, transmit, broadcast or otherwise exploit our Sites, its content and the materials we provide or build a similar service or application, or publish any performance, or any benchmark test or analysis relating to the Sites. AVAILABILITY
Our Sites requires an active Internet connection. The connection can be Wi-Fi, or provided by a mobile network provider. We cannot take responsibility for the Sites not working at full functionality if you do not have access to an active Internet connection.
The requirements for our Sites' systems (and for any additional systems we decide to extend the availability of the Sites to) may change, or may be subject to maintenance or update. We will do our best to keep our Sites up-to-date, but we do not promise to always update our Sites.
Due to the nature of the Internet, We cannot guarantee the continuous and uninterrupted availability and accessibility of our Sites. We may restrict the availability of our Sites or certain areas or features thereof, if this is necessary to carry out maintenance measures that ensure the proper or improved functioning of our Sites.
We shall not be held responsible for any disruption of the Sites arising from such maintenance and/or updates.

TERMINATION
You may cancel your Account at any time by sending us an email at sophie@doingbusinessdoinggood.com .
On termination of your Account, we may restore your Account if you send us an email at sophie@doingbusinessdoinggood.com.
We may immediately, without notice terminate your account if you have materially breached your obligations under these Terms and Conditions. If your access to or use of our Site has been limited because of such breach, you may not register a new Account or access and use our Site through an Account of another User.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Our Sites are provided without any guarantees, conditions or warranties as to its accuracy or functionality. To the extent permitted by law, we hereby expressly exclude all conditions, warranties and other terms which might otherwise be implied by the law.
